And the crowd goes wild! Or not… Things may have looked a little different this year, but the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards were still memorable in their own way. This year’s socially-distant awards show event featured lots of green screens, masks, and a (slightly creepy) fake audience. Our fav part? The fab looks the hottest stars served, despite the missing audience!

MTV Video Music Awards: A Night to Remember

Some highlights from the evening include:

Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande paired up for a spectacular, nearly 10-minute performance.
Gaga took home a total of five awards, which included the inaugural MTV Tricon Award.
Gaga changed her outfit (with masks to match) NINE TIMES. Yes, you read that right. Nine times!!!

We may be a little biased, but who can resist what an icon she is?!
